1. Faulty or Incorrect Items

2. Changed Your Mind? (Cooling-Off Period)

You have the legal right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To cancel:

  • Return the item in its original condition, unused and in original packaging.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
